Natural pickles, which contain many vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that strengthen the immune system with their protective activity, provide a more controlled blood sugar by balancing insulin secretion thanks to the vinegar in their content when consumed with meals.

Mustafa Uludağ, who devoted his years to aromatic plants and medicinal plants in Kahramanmaraş, distributes healing by pickling the plants he grows and collects from nature. With the tomato, pepper, cabbage, cauliflower pickles he produces at home, as well as jujube, pomegranate, hawthorn, sour cherry and cherry pickle juices, he helps the patients who apply to him to relieve their discomfort naturally.

Stating that pickles should be found in every home, Uludağ said, “If there is an epidemic disease, if viruses and bacteria are circulating, then pickles should be found in homes. I recommend that pickles be found everywhere in homes and apartments. We know that pickles have survived since the time of Mesopotamia.”

Stating that winter diseases and the corona virus increase the demand for pickles, Uludağ said, “Pickles and water strengthen the immune system. Vinegar takes over the disinfectant role in the digestive and circulatory system of the body. If you drink 1 glass of vinegar water a day, it will be of great benefit to the stomach, intestines, circulation and digestive system. Vinegar water kills harmful bacteria in the intestines, but does nothing to the beneficial ones. The disease rates of those who do not keep pickle and vinegar water from their homes are lower,” he said.

Providing information about the benefits of vinegar and pickle juice, Uludağ said:
Gargle with pickle juice or vinegar water in your mouth, then the mouth and throat will be clean. At the same time, inhale this water into your nose, it will be clean again. When you eat this, your immune system is strengthened, so our resistance to diseases increases. We never have any business dealings with them. There are some patients here and they want them from us. We also give these materials we produce to them free of charge. Pickle cannot be made from any water, we need to make it from water with a suitable PH value. Pickles are not made from all kinds of water.”
